Lovely place for a family of four. One bedroom with children on sofa bed in living room. Lovely dining and kitchen area. Perfect for our one night stay. Not a complaint but it’s very central and quite grim outside the property. For a nights stay after a day at Lego land it was perfect but certainly not for exploring what was outside. Breakfast was great, better than expected and parking only a 2/3 min walk. Would stay here again.

Very good hotel, excellent staff in the middle of the town located on a busy junction but with windows closed it was ok. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The suite that we had was spacious with a queen bedroom and a pullout sofa in the main area. My only complaint is that the staff was not available after 10pm to assist. They had just “closed” the bar and would not serve us a drink at 10:05pm. They also did not provide sheets for the sofa bed in the room and never answered our call to the front desk. It was probably 11-11:30pm but we got in late because of a flight issue and I thought hotels provided 24hr service. I guess not, but wanted to share my experience. Breakfast was also good. The area around the hotel is not great but we didn’t have any issues.

Customer service was rude and in considerate. After refusing to check me in as l didn’t have my physical ID not bank card at hand. I was visiting Windsor from the West Midlands and had to go all the way home as they would accept my ID on my phone or a different bank card.

I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn. The property was clean and the rooms were nicely sized. The arrival and check-in process was slightly confusing because the Residence Inn shares a building with Moxy, but it is helpful that Moxy has 24/7 dining. The property is closer to the airport, but further from sights and sounds in London. It is easy to get to a lot of destinations via train though. I would recommend this property.

Nicely located and easy access to Central London either by Elizabeth line (30 mins) or Great Western Railway (15 mins). Service is impeccable and the hotel room is very clean. Hot breakfast is included. Very happy stay.

Disappointing Quality and Service
Compared to previous visits this was so so. Tried food in restaurant. Expensive and poor quality. Server checked after finished eating and explained under cooked and vary fatty meat. Said sorry but too late. Included note on bill, but no response from hotel. Unhappy that you have to request room service for cleaning. Not appropriate when staying for four nights. Hotel felt a bit tired.

It's a nice new place (but somewhat hidden with limited signage), but for some odd reason on the last night of my stay they asked me to switch rooms because someone booked the whole 5th floor. There was no apology and apparently a single customer inconvenienced a whole floor of guests. Why? I have no idea - apparently he/she is a pretty big deal. It was a hassle and irritating, and implied everyone on the floor should adjust for Mr./Ms. Bigshot.

Newer hotel. This was a good place to stay within 15 minute drive to Windsor. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a car park lot nearby, but it was confusing to find. The property should provide better directions to parking. We finally called the front desk and the staff person was very helpful and even offered to stay on the line directing us to the lot.

The apartment hotel itself was fantastic. Great rooms, great service, great amenities. I enjoyed the breakfast, good choice, and good coffee thankfully.
The only thing I didn’t like is that There is no parking on-site, but the temporary car park isn’t too far. However I didn’t feel safe with me car there. Thankfully nothing happened

Deja Vu - but not the same
We have stayed at this hotel several times and this time it was not the same experience. Kitchenette sink didn't drain. Reported,found drained but still did not work. Basic thinks like UHT milk for drinks not replaced although these can be obtained from reception, it is a nuisance to have to get. Disappointing as previous opinions very good. Good location and staff are helpful enough.

Easily walkable from Slough train station. The rooms are very clean and fresh. The kitchen area is fully equipped and the sofa and bed are comfortable. I've tried the studio and suite rooms, the suite feels more like being in an actual home but the studios are still lovely. Shower etc all fully functioning. Wifi works well, and the free wifi still worked perfectly for online meetings. Breakfast is provided for free and there is a great selection. I would definitely recommend this place. The only minor issues are that the TV occasionally freezes for a minute or so (in multiple rooms - so it's a network issue I guess?) and after 7pm you need to be buzzed into the hotel (I don't see why you can't just use your room card to be let in after this time since you are clearly staying there if you have one).
