"Staff were very helpful and went and got us extra pillows as only 2 pillows on the bed. All the pillows were very lumpy and could do with replacing. Otherwise it is in a good location to explore Brugge. Clean tidy friendly staff."

The Hotel is a great location for the Market Place, local shops, Museum and Churches. Also close to the canal for a lovely boat ride around Bruges. "We really like this hotel, the breakfast was very good, good location good parking, taxis were cheap to go into Bruges, we are especially liked Bavo at front desk, his English was better then ours and very helpful and knowable, he made our stay perfect!! The only dislike for the hotel would be no air-conditioning, but they do have fans and it wasn’t that bad but it was a heat wave, the staff is so accommodating! We will definitely come back!"
