Crest Trail Lodge

Crest Trail Lodge

8/10 Good
"We stayed over the Labor Day Holiday weekend, so maybe that affected the price; but this was a fairly expensive hotel and yet felt more like a small-town, budget-price facility. The grounds and room were fine, just not the level one might expect for the pricey tag. Our only specific complaint was that the walls and ceiling were so sound-transparent that we could hear conversations going on at the Front Desk; and the footsteps from the floor above were so loud that I occasionally feared the person above might break through and join us in our room! I could hear them packing early in the morning - opening the fridge door, hangers clanging on the closet rack, microwave door closing -- all without my hearing aids in!"

10/10 Excellent
"Nice place to spend the night before going camping at Mt Ranier which is about 40 minutes away? The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. They also had decent WiFi! There is also a pretty good Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot. Plus a grocery store is really close too. I would highly recommend this place!"

"Cute, clean cabin made the perfect home base for our Ape Caves/Lewis Falls adventure! Bed was comfy, cabin was warm, kitchenette super handy. The outdoor pool and cafe close a bit too early, but the Cougar Bar & Grill was right across the street and dinner and beers were awesome!"
