This house was perfect! I was nervous at first since this was our first time renting a house for a few days but I’m so happy I did. Everything went so smooth. When we arrived, everything was clean. The house was even more beautiful in person. I love the huge yard and how secluded you feel from anyone else. You can also see the ocean from upstairs which is really cool. Highly recommend this house, you will not regret it. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to the area!

The good: nice big place with big lot, plenty of space for family. New and updated appliances and fixtures. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and multiple TVs for entertaining in the evening or bad weather. Easy access to local beaches and areas of interest. It appeared clean. The bad. I moved the coffee pot in the morning to fill it with water and several roaches scurried for cover. When I opened the front door at night a bunch of earwigs made a dash inside and I had to stomp them. I also contacted the person listed to make sure my pet fee was transferred because it did not list it on the agreement sent to me. The person who texted me back, I am assuming is the caretaker, tried to get me to wire them the fee directly, $10 more then what it stated in the agreement. It turns out when I contacted the booking app I used, it was included, it just did not show up as an extra fee on their end. There is a person staying in a small apartment attached, this was not disclosed, but not a problem, although it was a surprise and made me feel uncomfortable to use the back side of the property for fear of intruding on somebody who lives there full time.
