"We were traveling from across the country and our plane was delayed in Denver. The gal who answered the phone(4/3/26) at 10pm as I shared our problem was so kind and understanding she made sure we had our room when we got to Claremore and we had everything we needed for a very late check in. Big thank you her and taking such good care of us."

"When I arrived at the hotel to check in I was informed they did have my reservation but did not have a room for me. We were traveling with our 2 under 2 kids as well. They instead moved us to a different motel down the street that was not at all like the room I reserved. I do not recommend this hotel, they will not honor your reservation"

"The staff was fine but the pool and spa were not working and when we walked by to get to our room, we could see the nasty water sitting there. We went out to breakfast as the food did not look eatable. The sausage was gray in color and the eggs looked like they were sitting in water. I didn’t look any further. The room was clean but old and dated. The switch cover didn’t properly fit in the wall exposing the area behind it. The shower was cold, water didn’t get hot."
