Carpet was so thread worn you could see the threads and it was so dirty I had to keep my socks on. Toilet paper holder broken, throw at bottom of bed was missing, breakfast sausage was so over done I had difficulty cutting it with a knife. There was nothing worth recommending about this establishment. Never again.

The fridges in BOTH rooms we were sent to, didn’t work. The one had chicken juice holding in the bottom. The sheets looked like they were not changed from previous guest! Bed skirts looked like they were NEVER changed and bathroom tub looked like never been cleaned. STILL waiting to hear from manager!

The staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. In passing, they greeted us and asked questions daily to ensure our stay was positive. The rooms were clean and prepared accordingly. However, the only suggestion I have is to update the bathrooms. They were cleaned to the best of the staff's ability. However, they had slight wear and tear.

Pleasant but safety 1st
Woman at the front desk was pleasant. Was given a room with someone in it. They had to give us another room, honest mistake I think. The one thing i didn’t like was a man was sitting in lobby n followed me to my room and was asking me questions. My husband was in the room so i knock so he knew someone was in their. We later went to a restaurant and sat at the bar and the same guy came in!!!!! The bartender told him to leave, i proceeded to ask her about him. She said the cops were called on him 2xs for bothering patrons!!!! In the morning the same man(same clothes) was sitting in the lobby again. Hotel should not allow him to come n sit in their lobby. I am sure they know he is homeless. Safety should come 1st…. Other then this incident our stay was good.

Their hotel was listed on trivago as being in St. Louis, where we wanted to book a hotel. We booked it not knowing it was in NC. I called them right away to tell them of the error but management refused Expedia a refund to my booking.

The AC was out in thw common areas so travel fr car to room was difficult. Stifling. The pool "was being cleaned" for the entire 4 day stay. The elevator is missing buttons, has buttons taped down so they'll work and made so many jerky movements ot seemed as if it was going to break. Would not recommend

We appreciate the staff’s willingness to change our room twice. The A/C did not work in the first room. The second room was on the 2nd floor just above an outdoor patio. The A/C sucked in cigarette smoke from the people who were smoking. The 3rd room was fine.

The hotel was OK. My room was girly clean but I noticed stains on bedsheets, the floors, and the chair in my room. I tried to go out and enjoy the pool one day and I went out right as it opened and the pool was filthy with bugs and debris everywhere, I didn’t even go in. The phone in the rooms looked like it was from the 80’s as well as the hairdryer. The elevator lights for the up and down arrows inside were busted. Overall, decent stay but could definitely use some better up-keeping.

1 night of frustration. But no one died.
Room I was first given did not lock. I shut the door tight and could still open from outside. Next room I was given had people in it even though it was not checked out. Hallway smelled like various smoke smells of cigarettes and marijuana. I notified the person at front desk and she didn’t seem to care. Last room I received was ok. Rooms are outdated. Stains on carpet, old furniture, small tub and coating on tub is peeling off. Pool locked up, could have possibly been from weather, but it was still an amenity I was looking at when choosing. First floor windows need better shades and not the sheer curtains so no one can see you from the hotel windows that are next door or for people that can walk by especially at night when lights are on.

The room is nice and clean and comfortable but doesn’t smell good. Running the ac at full blast helped. Our other complaint is that the pool is dirty and closed (gate chained). We had picked this property because it has an outdoor pool.

I liked the property, the lady at the front desk was the best part!! She was super nice and chatted with me at check in. The property itself could have been a little cleaner. As soon as i checked in, I went to the bathroom and there was a bug on the floor. Other than the bug I seen there wasn't too much else to note. I really liked the area around the hotel though, lots to do.

Mattresses were stained. Coffee pot was missing a piece so it was unusable. TV had no guide channel to choose programs from. Food was almost all gone way before 9AM. It seems that they allow their employees to eat the breakfast food while hotel guests also eat.No hot water or tea available at breakfast. Food was not replenished. No one was there in the kitchen area. The woman on duty at the desk on Monday May 8th afternoon & evening was EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY almost to the point of being fresh. She never smiled & spoke as few words as possible in answer to any queries made.
