Nice room - property seemed new needing time to grow grass etc. evening staff very nice - morning staff grumpy. Hate Tru’s policy of holding a $25 deposit.

The staff was super friendly, the breakfast hot and delicious, the gym had a variety of great equipment, and the water bottle filling station was super convenient.

The property was great. The AC units kept us up all night even after turning it off. Reported this issue to the front desk, but when we came back to our room at night, there was still the issue. We decided to head back home at night and not stay another night.

The refrigerator wasn't cold (broken). There were fingerprints and hand prints all over inside of front door. Pillows were uncomfortable and bed as well. Fan in bathroom runs continuously. Could do better!

Staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we were placed in a room with loud children and a dog that would not stop yipping. The walls are thin which did not help our situation. The staff found us a different room and we slept very well. We appreciated their willingness to help us out.

A pillow was dirty. I mentioned it to the person at the reception. He could not reduce the too
rate because the room had been booked through Hotels.com. Disappointing.

Rooms too small with minimal way to accommodate luggage, no microwave, only one chair in a room, no where for two people to sit down and eat a take out meal. Just a feeling of cheap

Front desk was super nice and welcoming! Had a great stay and felt very comfortable in and around the hotel. Will definitely be looking to stay here again if passing through.
