"Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service. "

Staff is nice and polite, but reception staff did not accommodate request for 1 hr extended checkout and offered 30 min room at the wrong time and enjoyed lecturing us. "I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zenza Boutique Hotel. I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the most generous and thoughtful hotels I’ve ever experienced—truly a 10/10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, and the suite we stayed in was spectacular—spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a lovely balcony. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Jen at the lobby—she is such a kind and genuine person, always accommodating and ready to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more special. The hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful touches—there’s always fresh fruit and plenty of water available in the lobby, which we really appreciated. There is also ample parking, and we loved using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, it’s very easy to get there. You can walk, use the bikes, or take the golf cart, which makes it very convenient. The nearby beach is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. If there’s one thing I loved most about my trip to Turks and Caicos, it was this hotel"

"We had a wonderful first time vacation at this resort. The staff was so attentive and welcoming. The private beach is beautiful, uncrowded and peaceful. Our 2 bedroom cottage was very clean and comfortable and the resort is very quiet at night. The resort is close to everything, just a short drive away from restaurants and shops but feels like a secluded oasis. Thank you to the staff at Kokomo Botanical Resort for an amazing vacation! "
