"After a rough start, things didn’t really get better. The good: Rooms were clean Fast Elevators The bad: First room had an adjoining room. I could hear the person’s conversation in that room like they were in bed with us. Housekeeping staff was super loud too. So we moved at 12:30am. Second room was located right in front of the elevator, ding! Continental breakfast was one of the saddest displays of food in all of the hotels I have stayed at. Why bother? TV has no searchable guide and was incredibly slow. Air conditioner did not work. Curtains did a terrible job of keeping light out, even clipped together with two clothes hangers. Refrigerator made a moaning sound until we unplugged it. Light leaks from the bright hallway both above and below the front door. Also the Expedia rate was 1/2 the best rate that the hotel would give me, even after I showed the hotel the price. "

"This is a nice property where I have stayed before but I will not stay again until they get a secured internet. An unsecured internet is unacceptable in this day and age."

"Good location! Spacious and very nice and clean apartment. The garage process was inconvenient since you had to call the front desk representative to open your garage door every time you’re trying to come in. However everything else was great! Highly Recommended for a family stay! "

"Very clean. Subway access two blocks south can take you to everything. Lots of good amenities and an ACTUAL gym. "
