Absolutely nice room and very good personal. One of the best breakfasts I ever had in the hotels around Surf City. They had pretty much everything, not just few items. 10/10

Brand new facility in excellent condition. They were not prepared to check us in on time, and we had to wait close to 1.5 hours past check-in as the room was not ready. This caused a delay in our travel plans. We did not get any housekeeping services any of the days we were there, despite specifically requesting them on two of the days. Had to seek out staff to get our own towels each day. Despite being told that management would follow up with us following some of our concerns, we never heard from a manager. There was a problem with the toilet not working when we arrived. This was handled quickly and without a problem, as they needed to make some type of adjustment. After we had checked in our room and were lying down, front desk called and told us we would need to come down to front desk, as apparently they forgot to get a copy of our credit card for incidentals.

Everything was great. The only thing was that the room was not ready on our arrival and we need to wait until someone clean it and inspect it.
