"I called ahead to make sure that we would have a shower chair and two beds because i an traveling with my mom and we both have mobility issues so it's important to have a shower chair. I was told that all the handicapped rooms have s shower chair and they confirmed we booked a room with two beds. When we got there to check in, i was told that the only room with a shower chair is attached in the shower and that is in a room with one king bed. Thankfully we only stayed there for one night because the decision was between having a shower chair or one bed, so we chose a room with two beds because i need my own bed and can shower at the next place.
As far as the room, the beds were comfortable. My mom took a shower and told me the shampoo and conditioner were difficult to use and the fan didn't work so it got very hot in the bathroom. Also, they're was a big sign in the bathroom that said they only clean the room when we ask for it. Not an issue for us since we only stayed one night, but it seems that would be annoying if you stay a few nights. "
