"Nice place to stay."

"It’s an older hotel, but the room was kept very clean. The staff were neither good nor bad—they weren't particularly friendly or smiling, just very businesslike, though they were efficient. I was shocked to find there was no hairdryer in the room, especially since they told me they had to "look for a spare." I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn't have a hairdryer in every room. Also, for some reason, the fridge had been pulled out from its usual spot and wouldn't work even when plugged in. Since we arrived late and were exhausted, we just decided to give up and accept it for what it was."

"The room and bathroom was very clean, and the office manager Mel was very kind to provide information about things to do in the area. The hotel is very close to coffee shops, restaurants and the Oklahoma museum of nature, that we visited. She also contacted me before arrival to confirm details about the room. I did not see the email until we arrived, but we had exactly the room that we needed. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Norman!"

"This place is beautiful and big and feels like you are actually somewhere else than Oklahoma, I’m from Oklahoma and just wanted a weekend getaway and chose this place to stay somewhere different and loved it. I wished I could stay longer and wish the beach was opened but that’s ok! The junior suite is spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. You don’t have to check out, it’s automatic. I do kinda wish they wouldn’t open the Waterparks to the public just to keep the crowd level down but I understand. "

"Room is falling apart and not clean. Balcony is covered with bird poop. Flying cockroach in the room. Staff is nice. Homeless people wandering the parking lot. Cigarettes and trash everywhere and the hotel smells like weed and cigarette smoke. Do not stay here. "
