"Hotel is pleasant with really helpful and courteous staff. There were a couple of pungent smells on our floor (13) and it permeated into the room. It was really warm while we were there and the air con wasn’t great at all. It doesn’t stay on. Overall, we had three nights there. One for a concert at the stadium, so the location was ideal. The other 2 nights we spent in central Amsterdam, which is 10 stops away on metro - the metro is a short walk (5/7 mins) from the hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh!"

"The place was very clean and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The only concern was the room had a connecting door to the next room that wasn't unsecured as I was shocked when i opened it, leading me to another guest's room. I enjoyed my stay and I will most definitely visit again soon. Thanks."
