Great staff and great location

I found the hotel very suitable for my needs as a single business traveler. As previously mentioned in reviews, the beds are very soft, the staff are absolutely fantastic and are always available to help. The hotel is in a great central location and only a 5 minute from metro which has a direct conne room to airport and all main areas of city.

Excellent location and service

This hotel is in a fantastic location close to all the main sites and with great transport links. The desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were amazing - our room looked spotless after they visited. The breakfast was great with a huge selection of items to suit all tastes with plenty of space in the restaurant.

The hotel is in the center and convenient to Serdica Metro station and taxis to the airport. The air conditioning was operational in October, but not especially effective. The bed was comfortable. If the windows were open, there was a lot of traffic noise, but when closed, none.

The location was good, but the room itself was less than desirable. Widows could not be opened because of location of government buildings next door. That might have been nice to know ahead of time, The HVAC was a mess. No cold air, the controls were wired incorrectly. Turn to the high setting and the fan bllew slowly, turned to the lowest setting, and the fan blew harder. The floors might have been vacuumed, but the stains that were present needed more than vacuuming. Overall I don't doubt that someone had:"cleaned' to room, but it had not been maintained. Breakfast was decent but not over the top. The staff was friendly and willing to allow us to sit in the empty restaurant and charge our phones while we waited to take our later flight out.
