We stayed here for 4 nights. It was such a lovely hotel. So comfortable, large spacious room. And comfortable beds. It was cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very professional. The location was brilliant, right in the city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the main town centre. Everything is as walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in teh center of Sofia. The gym is ok, a little small for me, I felt a little claustrophobic. The sauna is good. The only ting I did not like - the car parking charges unexpected (20 euro per day), When I was booking the hotel there was no info about it.

Hotel was in a perfect location but! 30Euro per night just for parking fee was just a rip off. Breakfast was kind of weak for a luxury hotel. Unsufficent will be a better term. Room Cleaners and door man were really kind and lovely persons. But hotel was just OK.

Don’t stay there!!! Bar closed from 11pm -12 noon. No room service after 9pm Waiting staff sat at restaurant tables smoking right up until the second it opens at noon. And refused to let us in at 11.55 am because all 8 staff were sat smoking. Rooms badly need upgrading. Sanitary ware falling off the walls. Balcony was a trip hazard. We booked the hotel because of the rooftop bar. A week before we arrived they emailed to say it would be closed. Joke

An excellent hotel. Definitely 5 star service. Great room with a balcony in a central location. Food was good and cocktails were excellent in the ground floor restaurant. The rooftop bar had a lovely view, book ahead for a table as it was full most nights in our stay.

Free upgrade offered during booking but not received even after asking and showing that it was offered for free. Room which we got was dated, small (also extremely small bathroom) and airco was not working. For such a price very low value, better book some other hotel for this price class since you will 100% get better value for money. When going to rooftop also don’t expect to get a special service as hotel guest, they just put you on some table in the back while window seats are empty and stayed empty for the 2 hours which we where sitting there, this is unacceptable service for such a hotel while being an hotel guest.

Very cool adn cpmfortable boutique hotel in a an excellent downtown location. Amazing rooftoop restaurant and bar with some of teh best views in town and an excellent cusine. I would have given the full marks for service except for teh fact that once again a cleaning lady from housekeeping stormed into teh room catching me in my birthday suit, seems to be a common theam in many hotels.

This is one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in. It is better than most 4 **** in Las Vegas. It is a huge bang for your buck and the staff are supreme! You have a grand view of the Cathedral every morning for breakfast and is centrally located to all the sights especially the Roman ruins and shopping. The restaurant is bar none a top shelf menu! Seemed to be a popular night spot too for patrons and locals.

I did not like the stupide rule about the swiming pool and the child. I took this hotel to enjoy the swiming pool with my child but on expedia, the rule was not mentioned.
