Firstly do not book this hotel through Expedia. Do it direct. The hotel group were offering cancellations and changes to all bookings during the Coronavirus outbreak but Expedia were and still are refusing to budge. So the review for Expedia is TERRIBLE. But the hotel itself is beautiful. The Front Desk was welcoming and advised us that sadly all restaurants and bars were closed, as was the gym. We were told that Breakfast would have to be in the room and that only room service would be available. Our rooms on the third floor were very nice, with nice views of the City. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Wi-fi was perfect (and free). Concierge was very friendly and helpful and when we had our breakfast (we were in two rooms) the waiter was kind enough to let us have it together on the sofas and table outside our rooms. The breakfast was huge thank you. Everyone was friendly and helpful and worked very hard during this difficult time. We look forward to coming back to this hotel when the Coronavirus has gone but will book direct!
