"Ma chambre n’avait pas de café ni de cafetière La douche était bouchée donc dès que j’ai voulu prendre ma douche, ça a débordé dans toute la Salle de bain je devais attendre que ça draine (très très lent) avant de recommencer à utiliser la douche. L’eau était froide, et soudain très chaude…. Vraiment pas pratique."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was great, as we needed to drop off a rental car the night before our flight. They picked up my husband after dropping off and then dropped us off the following morning for our flight. The restaurant downstairs, was nice addition. Food was good and it was lively! The only real downside, was that the room was really warm and we couldn't figure out how to adjust other than opening the doors to the patio, which was made the room loud."

"Everything about this property was wonderful. The fact that it had parking made things very convenient. The welcome reception was lovely and the room was small which was expected, had an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was complete at the atmosphere at the bar and breakfast area. Also had a fantastic vibe and view of the lake. Strongly recommend this property"

"Perfect spot close to the airport. My wife had previously fell and dislocated and fractured her shoulder so we stayed for 3 days awaiting our flight back to the states. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating Shout out to Joseph who couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks"

"Great hotel, friendly staff, location is 15 minute’s walk front he city centre and station. The restaurant has a fantastic view but the food is average at best for the high prices. "

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and don't work with apps like Netflix or screen casting. Also, the room was on the warmer side, and we couldn't get the AC to cool it down, so we had to sleep with the window open. Another thing we didn't like was that the shuttle service costs extra. I'm used to free shuttles to and from the airport, which are really common back home, so having to pay for that was another disappointment. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location, just with some things that could be improved."
