"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars.
Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Avoid this property at all costs if you want to sleep during your holiday, booked 7 nights in this hell hole and managed to get 21 hours sleep throughout the entire stay, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the 3 floors above, the company rents the neighbouring properties to anyone, we had the misfortune of having screaming girls and shouting guys party from 10pm to 4am every night, banging doors and loud music. Complained to the management company on several occasions did...
