It’s right across the from the beach. There is a pedestrian walkway along the beach for cyclists, walkers, joggers etc and only one lane of traffic. The promenade extends about 8 kilometers. Also plenty of beach bars for people watching. My only disappointment was the lack of a coffee maker in the room."
