"The hotel was conveniently situated, quiet , and near shopping, coffeehouses and restaurants
It was clean , the rooms were nice and well appointed. The kids loved the pool, and breakfast was much better than average."
"Clean room , staff was very nice ! We left my grandson table there the was honest and turn it into the front desk! And we got it back! I greatly appreciate it!! Thank you very much!!"
"Excellent hotel that my wife and I stay in a couple times ever year as we travel. I didn't give it an excellent on maintenance because the refrigerator in our room was not working."
"Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. Microwave and refrigerator went off. We moved the coffee maker to another electrical outlet and it worked fine. Called the front desk about the blown fuse before we left for the day. Got back mid afternoon and still no refrigerator or microwave. I called the front desk again and they said it was noted. Got back around sundown Saturday and still no kitchenette. We called again to the front desk. We went out to breakfast Sunday morning and the housekeeper was in our room when we got back. Told her about the problem and she said they blow fuses all the time in the suites and better rooms. She also said they had a person who was supposed to respond to things like that over the weekend. Not sure why that was not done. She said she would look into it and about 3 minutes later the power came back on! The other housekeeper on the floor fixed the problem! We were inconvenienced for over 24 hours and all our refrigerator stuff was not kept chilled. Nothing we had to throw away thankfully. Housekeeping gets an A+ but front desk response to the problem gets an F."
