"Finger weg – eine einzige Katastrophe! Bewertung: Diese Unterkunft war eine absolute Zumutung! Schon beim Betreten starker Uringeruch im WC, Schimmel an Waschbecken, Fliesen und in der Dusche. Die Dusche war defekt und undicht – Duschen unmöglich. Küche verdreckt, Wasserkocher voller Kalk, Ofen innen stark verschmutzt, Kühlschrank vereist und unbenutzbar. "Reception staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel has everything you need and was very spacious in the room. Gym and sauna was a lovely suprise . Both empty during my stay. Gym could do with water facilities. Fast food restaurants (all of your favourite brands) and supermarkets within 6 minutes walking distance. Shower was the only downside as it was crazy awkward to get in as a fit person. I would say to consider the journey to the airport as there are a few options which are either expensive ([40+ euros ]one way ) or affordable and awkward ([15 euros ]taxi to Meidling station and the OBB Train the airport)."

"I didn't love my stay here. When I arrived, there was a pile of dirty laundry from the previous stay forgotten in the room. After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. Later in the day, it got quite warm and I realised the A/C wasn't working at all and had the same experience of generic questions from another agent. It took a day for the cleaning crew to remove the laundry and bring a fan, which was already halfway into my stay. I then needed to use the lockers for my luggage but the instructions were buggy/unclear and I chose not to risk it given the non-committal support. Overall an efficient place to stay as I wanted to be close to Meidling station for day trips, but would not stay here again."

"The room and the property are fine. The issues we had was that I booked two nights in a row in 2 different reservations and highlighted that to the staff, who was polite but somehow did not program the key correctly. On the second day we went out, the key did not work. We had to go back to reception to re-program the key. When we got back in, the room was not made (we mainly just need a couple of towels). We called down and the a staff delivered the towels. But at 3 pm, someone tried to clean the room, by knocking on the door and immediately used their access key to open the door when we were taking a nap. I think the team did not communicate well with each other and things are not streamlined properly."

"A really unique and well presented hotel. Great facilities. Comfortable apartment with kettle etc but also hairdryer/iron & ironing board!! Just outside are the bus/tram stops (number 62) to take you directly into the centre of the city. You don't have any disturbing noise either considering they are so close. All of the staff have been polite, helpful and friendly. Free coffee/tea facilities in the foyer are an extra bonus. Should we ever visit this beautiful city again we will stay here."

"Don’t be fooled — this hotel is definitely not giving Vienna vibes. It’s more like student accommodation with a reception desk. If you check in online, you then have to ring a helpline just to get electricity access unless you tap in with your bank card like you’re starting a laundrette machine. No cups in the room either, so apparently hydration means lapping water from the sink like a thirsty cat. It’s basic at best. Location is a bit meh, and the whole set-up has more flaws than charm."

"Positive: Good location, close to public transport.The price is reasonable for what is offered. Pet friendly. What should be improved: The rooms are clean, but the hotel needs deep cleaning or some things should be changed, like carpets or slowly replace some things etc., because many things are worn out. Not so good: On the first day, there was an unpleasant situation with the parking because the administrator did not open access to the parking area until it was paid for. As a result, we had to look for a place on the street to park the car and go to the hotel to make the payment. In other hotels, such formalities are usually handled during check-in, so this procedure caused unnecessary inconvenience. It was also unpleasant to wait for the administrator, who was not at their workplace at that moment. Breakfast this time left an average impression. The coffee machine is still slow... Also, on some mornings certain products were missing, such as scrambled eggs, cold milk, and yogurt. It would be good to pay more attention to breakfast service and timely replenishment of products. "
