"This hotel is absolutely beautiful! There is a beautiful pool, a thermal springs hot pool, a game room with pool and ping pong, and gorgeous grounds. The rooms are comfortable and very nice. The dining is nice, but the food is ok. Having said that, the dining in the area, including Panajachel, is only average. Very safe place. It is right by the lake. "

He made sure to answer all questions and book transportation needed at different moments. Having said that, the hotel is a bit out of the way and has very thin walls for you light sleepers. You will start hearing roosters, dogs and traffic at 5AM VERY loudly and also hear all your neighbors'...

"This property is gorgeous! We loved sitting on our front porch area and enjoying the gardens. The place is gated and has security at all times so we always felt very safe on the property. The room was cleaned every day and it was always quiet after 10 PM. There’s a lot of amenities on the property. It was super convenient to walk over to the restaurant whenever we wanted a snack or a drink. We lounged by the pool and used their free kayaks. "This hotel has a lot to offer and it was a modern refuge for me. The main reasons I booked this hotel was the jacuzzi and laundry service. However you have to book time in the jacuzzi and it was difficult to track down the person responsible for booking ans he seemed overly busy and then it wasn’t very hot and ended up making my skin itch. The food and service were good in the restaurant. I ended up on the wrong elevator and had difficulty finding the lobby as several floors had lights off and...
