I think advising the pool is closed should have been something I find out when booking. I specifically booked for a place to take my grandchildren swimming and told them. They live a mile from the hotel and were as disappointed as I was to find it was closed due to a crack. The thing to remember in hospitality is don’t over promise and under deliver!

During check inn. I feel like the warmth of being welcomed wasn’t very open. My wife and are very out going people and an inner mix husband and wife, and I felt the dynamic of the staff felt otherwise. I guess that’s not being warmed and fuzzy, however the cleaning lady on the second floor could offer a lot personality skills to the check in staff. She asked about our stay what brought us to the Hilton had we stayed before were are you from, just very personable to include the hospitality at breakfast so humble.
