The hotel is at a convenient location. It's easy to access subway stations and rail way station. The room was clean but air condition was noisy. The coffee machine didn't work. Since we only stay for two nights and didn't bother to request a replacement.

"At the entrance to our hotel section “Putnam” the old wooden staircase was rotten! The room was clean …. But very few towels ….. called housekeeping……no response…went to the reception ….told us there was a sign to hang on the door indicating whether you wanted the room cleaned …..was not there …. ..."
