"Quiet place, spacious suites. 15 min walk to Hamilton. However Rosemont (as most roads on the island) is a narrow road without sidewalks - so you need to walk on that road for several minutes before you get to a good road with sidewalks."

"The property was well maintained and we had a great veiw from the cliffs overlooking the water. We stayed in the Oceanfront room as opposed to the Ocean View room and the room actually looks like the pictures shown. Very clean. The glass on the balcony was extremely clear and clean the entire trip. We stayed four days. If you like to exercise, the steps to and from the beach and everywhere else will help with that. However, the huffing and puffing up and down the stairs is all worth it. The staff was the icing on the cake. I'm sorry I do not know the names of ALL of the helpful staff, however, Jayden and Ryley were awesome and made check-in very easy and fun. And of course, there was Angelique who was amazing and extremely helpful when our AC went out. Anything we called to ask for came right away and any issues were fixed immediately."

"Everything was good but it could be better for example the shampoo and hand wash should always be checked and refilled sometimes the pillowcases were not changed It would be great if there was a bin for beach towels close to the beach stairs And more ice maker machines"

"The property is charming and beautifully maintained. Everything about the property exudes a feeling of home,comfort and safety but its unbelievable staff is undoubtedly the greatest asset of the hotel."

"The staff was wonderful - very helpful. The property is aged and we did see roaches and rats. The dining chairs are stained with bird poop. Food was good - better in the dining hall that required reservations. My family enjoyed the stay."

"The staff were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and responsive. They offered complimentary rides everyday. The view in the room was stunning. The location is great, right near the ferry to Hamilton. The hotel offered 9 free ferry tickets which can also be used for the bus. The kitchenette was great and had everything you needed. No restaurants within walking distance. You will have to call a taxi."
