"This stay was a very pleasant surprise. I had not heard of Tru by Hilton but I took a chance and it paid off great! The room was simply wonderful and the on-site amenities were just the best (pool, exercise room, pool table in the lobby area, great seating in the lobby, and a really nice Breakfast) "

"Room was fairly clean did see some body hair under the sheets on mattress. Pool was a bit dirty too but I did see staff clean it daily so I’m not too sure about the deep cleaning. Breakfast was not good. upon walking in they have dog treats and green apples before you get to the front counter to take which was nice. The room had a pull out couch so more people could stay there. They advertise crib but it’s a pack n play. Overall stay was decent. "

"Got to our room, toilet was leaking water from the back tank. One of the soap packages was open with the bar of soap sitting out. After filling up the Jacuzzi and and running the jets, the tub started filling up with "cucumber" shaving and bits! I called down to the front desk, took forever for him to come up. Saw the issues and was offered nothing. Said he would put it in the notes. Stopped by the front desk at 4 am and the lady working hadn't heard about our incident and check my account, no mention of the issues. She informed me she would note my account and told me a supervisor would be in in the morning. At checkout, a young male at the front desk told me that because I booked my room through 3rd party that I had to contact them. So now I'm writing a review and I will be escalating this after the holiday, on Monday. "

"The pool and breakfast were good. The property was a little dirty around floors and rooms not quite finished. Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast cook was very nice and did a great job. "

"The bathroom was terrible you couldn't open the door to get into the shower without the door bumping the toilet. Pool was small and too many people. Menu limited in hotel."
