"Clean room. Some noisey neighbors. I love this property. Was a little upset that we called to ask how late the bar would be open, they said 1230, we arrived at 1145 and they told us they were closed. But friendly staff, nice breakfast. Perfect walk to grand casino arena. "

"I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay."

"I booked through Expedia after speaking with the actual hotel reservations about parking and flying & being able to pay for & leave our car for one extra night, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that Expedia tells people the wrong thing. It wasn’t Expedia that that I spoke with, it was their reservation desk. We had to then spend an extra $40 to park & shuttle for one day. Very disappointed that they couldn’t be more accommodating at the hotel."

"The room was very nice 2 lights didnt work and it is not sound proof. I drove 9 hrs when I pulled back the bedding had a huge stain took a picture. I went down to the front sedest in my night gown and oat no one answered the phone. I showed the worker the picture and he went oh my. Then handed me a set of sheets. I said nicely do zi get a dicount for making my bed he finally came up to ropm 310. Tje bottpm sheet was bad too. Now I ised to be a hoisekeepwr for 20 years in hotels and hospitals and nursing homes if I dod that I would have been fired. Ot wasnt my job tp fox my own bed I was up at 4 am drove from michigan fpr 9 hrs.. fonally got settled and the man next door was loud and I could hear him snoring it was the worst.The staff were kind. Parking was great until 11pm no where to park. I am handicapped. No laundry needed tp be done. So I was disappointed. "

"Only one person was checking people in and the line of people was wrapped around the lobby. Our room had thick dust on the lamp and table edges and there was a sock under the bed. No faceial wipes. Convenient place to stay for concerts but expensive for the condition our room was in and the long wait to check in."
