"This was a great place to stay in Mount Crested Butte. The place itself was tidy and clean. It has a nice couch and TV area as well as a little kitchen area. The bed is also nice and comfortable. The host was very communicative and when there was one issue that popped up it got sorted out quickly and efficiently with good communication. I like that this place was not far from down town and was a nice place with easy access to trails and the downtown. We had a great stay."

"Not worth even half what we paid. Bathroom tiles bulging from wall, tub tap not functioning, fan not working and rusted, hair dryer barely worked, window fan didn't do anything, door jam insecure and bold sign says DO NOT LOCK DEADBOLT. Saggy bed. Walked on carpet near bed and it crunched under feet. Breakfast was fine, packaged items from grocery. Service was there at check in, not there any other time. Our friends stayed in a similar room, only difference in their experience was the carpet was wet in a spot."

"The property was clean, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. However, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. On the morning of check-out, we woke up to find there was no running water, which we discovered from a note slipped under the door explaining that there would be no water from 8am to 4pm. Feeling a little frustrated by this inconvenience, I approached the front desk to ask for more information and see if there was anything they could do to help. I mentioned I was frustrated and the staff members reaction was quite rude and dismissive, giving only a dead stare and asking, "Well, what are you looking for?" It made me wonder if this is the kind of customer service we should expect. While I understand emergencies can't always be avoided, a little reassurance or assistance would have gone a long way in making our stay more comfortable. Sadly, no apology or sympathy was offered for the major inconvenience of not being able to shower or use the restroom. It felt like we were treated more like an annoyance than valued guests, which was very disappointing and made for a poor experience."

"Easy check in & out. Continental breakfast, biscuits @ gravy, yogurt, boiled eggs, muffins & other basic items. Nice room, clean, quite minus the kids parents allowed to run the halls until 9pm. Stomper over us was until after 10:30pm. That was a combo kids running & jumping & an adult who walked extremely heavy. Otherwise is was a quite stay. About 1/2 hour to Aspen. Trails in walking distance. If needed gas & car wash next door. Our rental was dirty after 2 weeks of traveling through lots of back road in Utah. Nice convenient area. Diner close by too."
