"Unfortunately, the Duvet was not clean and carried an odor causing us to have to redress the bed with new linen shortly after arriving. In reporting it to front desk, they provided new bedding quickly; however, the replacement cover was not another duvet, but a thin bedspread. Breakfast was just okay. Living room furniture sits low, can stand to be re-cushioned, and the upholstery cleaned. "

It was but the heat in the pool area and in the pool itself were not working. Our 2 year old had a meltdown. Had we been told there was no heat at the pool that could have been avoided "
