We stayed at 4 different hotels on a recent road trip. This was by far my least favorite. Except for the people working at the Bistro, I found the staff to be unfriendly and somewhat rude. We stayed at this hotel for two nights and our room was never cleaned (maybe if we wanted our room cleaned we were supposed to notify the front desk, but nobody told us this.... In fact, we weren't given any information regarding the hotel at all when checking in... the other 3 hotels we stayed at cleaned our room daily, without any requests to do so). Nice room, poor service.

The fire alarm at 1:49 a.m. was what made it a bad experience at this Marriott…everyone should be given a free night or a refund of one night.

Somerset's Best Hotel
I've stayed at this hotel many times, and it is always a pleasant experience. Rooms are always super-clean and well-appointed. A convenient cafe is open until 10:00 pm. Front desk personnel are always very helpful and professional, as well as being pleasant to talk to.

Bathrooms were not that clean, room was musty and had car air fresheners throughout. AC was very loud. There was no Wi-Fi the entire stay and the hotels a dead zone with no reception
