So far so good. Here for the week.Entrance area and breakfast area little on the Chilly side but it is very cold outside.No one should blame the working staff which I heard some were doing.Its the Holiday season, be nice people!!🎅

There’s old guy in the breakfast area who was policing everyone in the breakfast area. My child was trying to fill his bowl with cereal he let him pick up the few flakes that spilled out and put it in his bowl, I have never seen such thing in my life even in 2 stars hotels. But I thought the lady in the front desk was super nice. Also the room and the pool are good, but unfortunately this guy ruined it for. I will never come to this hotel again

It was fine

Hotel room was fine, the dishwasher did not work correctly so be mindful if you grab dishes without handwashing first. The soap we put in after a full cycle was still there when the cycle ended. We also had no hot water in the room in the 11 am hour but did have it later around 3 pm.

Very clean. Great kitchen. Comfortable. Hot/cold water wasn’t working properly. Air conditioning fans were noisy below my floor outside. Occasional smoking smell infiltrated. Good breakfast. Convenient location for my purposes.

The hotel was great! Kiki one of the front desk clerks was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was uninterrupted because I had booked 2 reservation for my three days stay. My only issue was with breakfast. There was not much of a variety to choose from and what was there I couldn't eat. I wish there was at least a waffle maker.

Good hotel, poor management

New construction, good rooms, great pool. The hotel itself is very good but its very poorly managed. The major issue was - the sofa bed in our room reeked of urine. Upon pulling out the bed we noticed baking soda sprinkled all over the carpet to mask the odor (see pictures). A window was also left crack open by the staff so clearly the management was aware of the issue but they still assigned us that room, totally unacceptable. The front desk staff also seemed clueless. Before booking the room I called to ask if the pool water is heated, she very confidently said just the room is heated not the water but that was inaccurate. Hot water was constantly added to regulate the water temp. i almost cancelled my booking but took a chance and it worked out. Now comes breakfast, the food was very good but what another reviewer mentioned about staff policing guest is 100% accurate. There were a lot of senior citizens when we stayed and the lady was going crazy ordering seniors and kids to "use tongs", "this is the right way to open the cereal container" and so on. People stay in hotels to relax not to be schooled. Overall I would def stay at another residence inn but not at this location.

Beautiful large suite

It was a great place, very large suite. For the most part, I had no complaints. I did have one or two minor quibbles: 1) the shower is probably very far from the water heater, so it takes more than 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower. However, once the water is hot, there is plenty of it. 2) I loved that the TV in the room had Netflix, Pandora, and Amazon Prime Video preloaded onto it, so I could just sign in and watch. However, several times over the course of my week-long stay, I lost the connection and was unable to stream. I was still connected through my phone, so the wifi was still working, but I could not watch anything streaming on the TV. 3) the counter right next to the door was leaning a bit. It looked like someone had left something heavy on it, so it had visibly moved from where it was plastered to the wall. But I didn't use that counter, so it isn't really anything to complain about. Overall, I loved it and highly recommend.
