"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking. Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

"Ginger stay in Mangalore was a pleasant experience.Well located decent budget place ,very pleasant well behaved staff. The restaurant is good,a tasty buffet breakfast.A bit of maintainance will make d rooms better . Simple requirements like dental kit ,shower cap could be provided with having to get on extra payment. All in all a good place to stay for a short visit.Would highly recommend."
