Everything was good. Access was challenging due to narrow roads and difficult to reach out to front desk if some special requests prior to check in

The property is quite new and has been reasonably well-maintained. Routine cleanliness to be improved of the rooms, pool, etc. Food was terrible, to say the least. Reported the same to management. The stay was comfortable otherwise. Spa was the saving grace.

Good property but no views....!
Property is located close to madikeri and good property with tasty food. But no views at all.....just trees.....not even a good sun rise or sun set from the rooms. Not even mountains or valley..... literally you are only seeing trees. Room service is too slow and due to the nature of the landscape and property spread, ne always needs a buggy to change me t the reception area..... why chbis very slow. We also faced issues like phone zero dial t call for
