Their warmth, professionalism, and friendliness made all the difference. We chose the Favourite Club option and really enjoyed the extra touches it offered. The views from the hotel over Cala Egos are just perfect — such a beautiful setting. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. "This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort. Breakfast options are varied and good quality. The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent."
