"The bad first: Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 3.45pm. The first room was available immediately while we were told that the 2nd room was still being cleaned so we were asked to hang around in the other room. Our room was finally given to us at 5.45pm but luggage for both the rooms weren’t delivered till 6pm even after we called multiple times and told the staff we had to go out for dinner. We had to cancel our initial dinner plans due to the delay. There was no offer of a late check out...
