"The bed in the first room I was given had not been changed since the previous guest. I noticed the bed wasn’t in the usual crisp made condition you get in hotels, so pulled the covers back and there were hairs and crumbs in the bed. Told receptionist, she double checked and gave me a different room. Then on the stay was fine. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment."
