"The staff could not be anymore helpful and nice. The free shuttle service was very helpful and were happy to give us an early lift into town for some day trips we had planned. The room was nice and was cleaned everyday. The jacuzzi worked well which I was happy about. The breakfast was good. However you could not beat the views. As soon as you got out of your room onto your terrace you are surrounded by gorgeous panoramic scenery of the mountains. Having your own private jacuzzi overlooking the mountains is something that is not easily beaten. "

"Check-in is at the splendid hotel up the street. Once you check in, they drive you to Hotel La Palme in a golf cart. That was quite fun! Once we arrived, we realized that our room was facing the ferry dropped off. Eventually, we asked to move rooms and the front desk was exceptional at quickly transitioning us to the splendid hotel as there was a room available. For those who want to be in the heart of Limone, La Palme is fantastic. We were just looking for a little more quiet. We will no doubt return to the splendid hotel."

"Super helpful staff. Very nice hotel. However no internet in rooms and there is zero sound proofing - very unfortunate when neighbours watch TV. Thankfully staff gave us the option to move to a quieter room."

"This property needs upgrading. Room furnishing is outdated. Breakfast included but not impressed at all. The parking garage is a joke. If you drive a mid size car, good luck to your parking skill. We also asked to change our room which is close to the noisy pool and the AC seemed not working properly. We were asked to pay extra 45 euro per night. We stayed for two nights. Ripped off. Bathroom condition is disgusting, my wife hesitated to go in the shower barefoot. Rust and dirt inside the shower, I will not recommend anyone to stay here,"

"Great hotel with amazing views from our room and the pool area. Friendly staff, clean rooms & great breakfast too. Only drawback is a steep walk uphill coming back from Limone town. There is a shuttle bus but this stops at 7pm."
