Os quartos cheiram a mofo, sao instalações antigas. A TV só tem sky, não tem acesso a internet. O staff do hotel extremamente antipatico, não espere nem um bom dia, em especial do um atendente que fez nosso check in e check out. O quarto que nos deram primeiro era ao lado da recepção, bem ao lado do fumodromo externo, se abrissemos a janela, o quarto ia ser invadido pelo cheiro de cigarro. Nos trocaram para um quarto no segundo andar, não tinha elevador e tivemos que subir escadas carregando malas, o staff do hotel não ofereceu apoio.
