Funcionários da recepção extremamente educados e profissionais. Limpeza impecável. Minha única reclamação é que o hotel ficou sem água das 10h da manhã até aproximadamente meio-dia. Eu solicitei algumas horas a mais na minha estadia e só tive uma hora a mais. O transtorno causado por falta de água não foi compensado devidamente.

Estadia agradável, ótimo café da manhã e boa localização. Banheiro precisava de manutenção (ducha de banho e higiênica que são itens de fácil reparo. Fora isso a estadia foi boa.

Pra quem procura boa localização

Padrão IBIS, ou seja entrega pouco para o que cobra, o estacionamento e compartilhado com o do shopping então dependendo do dia o carro pode ficar bem distante, filas para check in, a cancela do estacionamento não estava funcionando, uma funcionária foi abrir manualmente, TV do quarto não ligava, creio que por falta de pilhas no controle, uma luz do sensor de incêndio piscando a noite noda, pra quem se incomoda com claridade seria um problema. A parte boa fica na localização, com shopping e supermercado ao lado.
