"The location of the hotel was not good for us. We were a twenty minute shuttle ride from the Sorrento City center. Dinner & Spa treatments were very expensive. The hotel seemed to be full of old rich people who were not interested in exploring the town. I think for the price there are better options ..."

The person behind the counter recognized it immediately and motioned for us to approach and check in. Leaving was another story. While they'll call you a cab, they don't have doorman service ..."
