The itinerary is very nice! Ruslan helped us with everything, provided us whatever we needed and responded to our messages very quickly. The unit is very clean and the pictures that are shown are very accurate. The area is very SAFE and QUIET which made us felt very secured. A lovely community! The cleaners are very friendly and lovely as well. We loved our 11 days stay and we’re definitely coming back! 👍😄 I would recommend this to my friends and family for their stay in Sosúa😄 (—Sophie)

We left this property early - on the second night - due to a cockroach infestation! Do not stay here. This place is a scam. None of the facilities in the listing are included. Only a basic pool is included. If you want to stay in an apartment with a ton of ants and cockroaches then stay here. The property was last cleaned over a month ago - smelled dirty with dust all over. There were spiders in the cupboards. There are absolutely no blackout blinds at all. The bedsheets are not made of Egyptian cotton, in fact it’s made out of the most static fabric I’ve ever experienced. When the lights were turned off, moving around in these bed sheets, you would see sparks! In the bathroom, no handwash or soap is provided. There was a metal bar that fell on my head. The owner did not communicate with us at all. When we arrived, the security did not seem to know about our booking, even though there were many others. There wasn’t a single message from Ruslan until we called him when they didn’t let us in.
