"Staff were proactive in helping us when we had a need. At least three instances of exceptional service come to mind. The breakfast was as diverse as could be for a Western palate. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Snacks and drinks the night before were both creative and tasty, especially the tuna tataki on tostones. Also impressed by the signature cocktail I tried. "

"Great staff. It’s a noisy place. Friday nights is a party which will shake your room until 1:30 am Rest of the week we had music under our room until 12:30 or so but manageable. We got a junior suite with balcony to see and hear the ocean. Saw lots. Didn’t hear much of the ocean due to bar music on all the time. Pool and sitting area is nice well kept and Jamir makes the experience great. We liked the location, but will likely try somewhere else near by instead next time. We had a hard time getting to sleep before 12:30 - 1:00 am."

"The room I was given was different from what was shown in the pictures, and it wasn’t very clean—you could even see strands of hair on the shower handle. The food was overly salty, and the pool didn’t appear well-maintained. However, I will say that the staff was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated. "

The food was very good, with plenty of options to choose from, and we especially loved enjoying drinks and music in such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping was thorough and always courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were also greeted with a refreshing fruit punch welcome drink that set the tone for a relaxing vacation. We found ourselves visiting the Reef Café across the street multiple times as well—it quickly became one of our favorite spots. This was a fantastic getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back—next time with more family to share in the experience!"
