"This hotel offers a clean comfortable stay with a freshly cooked breakfast.
It's cozy and friendly not a four Star hotel
Fantastic location to the shops beaches marina also a good choice of restaurants
For you to enjoy.
This isn't a hotel of luxury it's basically okay no big issue while on board."

"This is a unique resort to stay in and experience… truly eco and part of the landscape and an active cocoa plantation. Access to hiking is amazing and falling asleep to rainforest sounds- frogs, rain, etc.- is an experience you won’t get at other resorts. The cabins are private and have AC, mosquito nets for the bed (although we really didn’t need it), a decent sized fridge, coffee maker (amazing coffee!), electric kettle. The resort staff are absolutely wonderful!
One of the owners talked with us on our last day, asked us about our trip and wanted to know what we liked and what could be improved. I’m sorry I don’t recall her name, but she’s wonderful and cares for the beautiful place she and her husband have created and wants to continuously improve on it for their customers. I have never experienced anything like that and it was a level of customer service that I think other resorts should aspire to.
Here are my reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 for a few of the sections- cleaning and maintaining an eco resort in a rainforest must be an uphill challenge. Keeping that in mind, yes, our cabin needed some TLC in the bathroom (cracked sink, maybe some updating), but we had an outdoor shower! In the rainforest! I think there are some travelers for whom those details (the sink, etc) are important and then perhaps Fond Doux may not be the best choice for them.
My family loved our stay. We’re especially grateful to the resort staff and drivers for sharing their island with us!"
"I absolutely loved this resort. It gave such a “ at home” feeling. Stayed in chestnut room 1 which had a perfect view along with a huge patio and hammock to sleep on. The room
Was clean and spacious they decorated It for my birthday. Staff was very friendly and informative. Now this resort is very quiet and not a turn up spot so It was perfect for going out to party/do excursions and come back to get all the rest needed. The infinity pool was amazing. There is a bit of a walk from the room to the restaurant or office if needed. I would suggest they have a golf cart they can use to bring guests to the restaurant especially in the rain. The rooms also do not have phones so it’s hard to call for help when needed. They should have walkie talkies they give out during the day so you’re able to reach property staff in the event of an emergency or if something important is needed. The restaurant as phenomenal food I love the chef shade please keep him forever he was great and his food is amazing; authentic Caribbean food. The location is close to all the major beaches and excursions the tacos come pick you up right outside your resort room. The property is so beautiful with mangoes and trees such as an aloe tree. We were Able to use the aloe for sun burn. 10/10 resort. I cannot wait to come back. Wish the wifi was a bit stronger but this resort is affordable and just perfect for a nice and quiet getaway."
"Great views of the small town and the Piton. Love to stay there, but there are a lot of stairs to get to your room so be prepared for that not a big deal but I think for my room there was 50 stone stairs to climb."
"Upon arrival at Caille Blanc we knew we had found the hidden gem of the island. I felt like I was walking into another world! The view literally took my breath away. I felt like we were being welcomed by friends and was immediately at home there. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to make your experience unique and special. The Grotto Suite was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in away from home! The multi-jetted rain style shower was a nice touch of luxury. We chose the all inclusive plan which did not disappoint and we happily dined on site for 8 days. I enjoyed every drink from breakfast smoothies to the creative cocktails and the pours were always very generous. I sampled everything on the menu and every meal was delicious! These chefs deserve so much credit for the love that goes into every plate. The portions, presentation and flavors all top notch-absolutely mouthwatering! Making our experience so unique was probably the staff and level of service. Everyone there seems truly happy and we could feel the family-like atmosphere that worked like a well-oiled machine. Any time we needed anything there was someone more than willing to help. Rides were arranged easily to the beach, town, mud bath and waterfalls. We finished up our week with an amazing couples massage in the open air space overlooking the mountains and ocean.
If you are looking for an intimate, serene, luxury true island experience I’d recommend Caille Blanc every time!"
"The service was exceptional and attentive The food was like a work of art . Everyone made you feel special. The manager Peter went out of his way to make our 50th anniversary celebration special. We forgot our car keys and he sent a driver to the airport to drop them off. If there was one negative it’s the road coming into the property. Very rough."
"This place was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing. The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and greet you with a smile every time they see you. The rooms are well-kept and have a great kitchenette that is fully stocked. I look forward to returning to the island, and when we do, this will be the only place we stay."
