"Towels seemed unwashed (didn't smell cleaning product at all, instead smelt like someone used it shortly before). Awaken around 9am by very loud noises of furniture being pushed around (by staff doing another room I assume). Don't expect to sleep late in that hotel. Wall electric plug ruined, bathroom trash bin broken, stains on armchairs. These are easy fixes, why not doing them? I can't comprehend the mentality behind such neglectful attitude. For this price all of the above is unacceptable."

"We stayed at this property for 6 days. Upon arrival, everything looked great — clean, well-decorated, and equipped with essentials such as a hairdryer and ironing board. Unfortunately, several serious issues came up during our stay. A strong, awful smell was coming from the utility room on day one. When reported, the caretaker dismissed it and blamed stray cats. "We booked for the family to experience the desert and a camel ride. The booking team arranged transport and camels for us. The overall service was excellent, Mohammed was very attentive and accomodating. The tent whilst 'hot'! Was very comfortable. The only issue was we unfortunately we had trouble with the shower and toilet. However, arrangements were made during the stay and the booking team were responsive and took remdeial action. What more can you ask for!"
