"This property is two rooms next to a small hotel. There is no check-in desk, instead you are meant to fill in an online form and let them know your arrival time. We hadn't seen that instruction, and nobody answered when we phoned the number on the door at 8pm. Luckily a local was passing and was able to help contact the hotel and get us in. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"Our family, including two kids were amazed by the hospitality of the hosts, cleaning was and warm atmosphere in this quite old but perfectly fitted house in the middle of old town of Provins. The breakfast was very special with high quality French food. The garden near the house was very private and relaxing. Very positive experience, thank you !"

"Beautiful main building however all the accommodation is in garden rooms adjacent to the property. Pretty basic furnishings but very clean. The restaurant was lovely and the food and wine great. All the staff were very helpful and friendly- would stay here again if in the area"

Poor service

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "
