Dirty, dated, noisy Libyan brothel.
Effectively a Libyan brothel, not a hotel. Impossible to sleep with noise from the hall and rooms all night long. Sheets were gross, floor was dirty, dried pee all over the toilet seat, only one tiny elevator for the whole building, and a pathetic breakfast. Just... no.

Beware of noise
Efficient location, but be aware that, especially on the one side, you are directly above and across from several very noisy bars and clubs. This is the second time I have stayed there, which I only considered because I knew the noise was not an issue during Ramadan. Do not take 'no smoking' rooms seriously. All rooms the are smoking rooms and smell as such (though not overpowering). Otherwise the rooms are a bit dated and the mattresses aren't very good, but it is clean.

Friendly but needs a deeper clean
Good: 24 personnel. Near to beach. Friendly staff. Improvement: Not enough information on tours. Used to local or french/Arabic speaking tourists therefore English language non existent. Floors didn't feel clean when walking on them in my room and no toilet paper. Overall: Friendly staff but wouldn't stay again as doesn't meet international standards. Little run down. Good for a stop over if needed.

Simply the worst hotel in Sousse
I booked 3 nights at this hotel and fourth night separately based on the fake reviews. I paid almost $200 - 595 TNDs for 3 nights upon arrival. I was given room 4005 the blurring music post midnight, the smell of smoke and non functioning toilet lead me to ask for another room. After viewing rooms 1004 and 1005 we settled for 1004 due to less noise. The room stank of cigarettes. I could not breathe. The breakfast was simply appalling for the price of stay. The tables were unclean.

Clogged sink , broken beds, paid for king bed and got 2 broken twin bed, the fridge was leaking water, Torn bed sheets bad personnel , didn’t wanna change the room for me and i will definitely go back again there . I do not recommend it to nobody

There is no way this is a 4 starts hotel. Not that clean and it's hard to find parking. The bar/ club is very loud and you can hear it from your room. They requested to pay extra for the indoor pool and for the poor condition gym . Also I witnessed a fight in the bar/ club. I won't recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable and clean. However, there is no reserved area on the beach and there is a bar in the lobby and the atmosphere is not clean. It's definitely not a good hotel for a family.

On arrival reception staff were great nice happy friendly and our riom was fab spotless with coffee machine cleaners were great and happy too it took 3 minutes to the very clean beach passing by a very popular family friendly italian all ages restaurant with lovely artistic food with the best cafe crem in tunisia so far :)

The picture online & the reality of the room don't match at all. Pictures shows beautiful hotel & we had to pay separate to sit on the beach. That wasn't mentioned when we booked the hotel. We paid too much for the kind of rooom we end up with. Definitely pictures & reality don't match!!!

Hotel was notre fit for a dog to stay in , when i arrived after à long journy i was told thé room had no electric or hot water and thé smell all over the hotel was disgusting i asked for a refund and was told no by thé manager, thère was no electicity to guide u up thé steep stairway, à total disgrace, we had to go to another hotel we lost a lot of money and time over this .so it was awfull....

BAD HOTEL
Check in was terouble they said hotel was full and didnt have a room for us .I called for a manager who did get us a room after 3hours of waiting the staff are rude and dont want to help.We were carged for sun loungers and could not use the front ones as they were reserved for the owners family and friends .Breackfast was ok but not a lot to pick from .The main reception had a bar outside the door were drunken men would stand and eye up girls 1 tryed to touch my 14 year old daughter this hotel is not for familys i would say this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in
