Mancanza di acqua calda, colazione da dimenticare, Tovagliato sporco e da molto tempo senza essere sostituito, tutta la struttura puzza di muffa, oltretutto è permesso di fumare in tutta la struttura

Le foto postate delle stanze sono fasulle, pulizia zero, la colazione da dimenticare compreso il tovagliato del ristorante molto sporco in uso da diverse settimane, puzza, direi orribile, premetto che mia moglie essendo incinta, ho chiesto di lasciare la struttura ma mi è stato negato il check out, avevo anche un ospite che nella sua stanza non aveva l acqua calda, riscaldamento assente. Praticamente sono rientrato a Zurigo con l influenza!! DA DIMENTICARE!!

Royal beach hotel Scamm

I was so disappointed with this hotel,It's was not what I've seen on pictures, the rooms were totally different from the website it shows, I've claimed and said that the pictures are old lol they really need to update Their new room pictures. Are really awful and the AC doesn't work, the room was really cold,Blankets smell dust,I think haven't been used before only kept in the closet :/ I have to admire the staff service was friendly but I wasnt satisfy at all booking at their hotel. Breakfast 😕✋ I can't even call it breakfast. Sorry but this hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in. BEcareful when u book online.

Hotel pouri

Hotel très sale que des problèmes ascenseur en panne climatiseur aussi femme de ménage qui lave pas les couloirs sont dégueulasses nourriture aussi pas de choix et restaurant très très sale femme de ménage qui te réveille tout les matins 5 fois minimum piscine sale et à l'ombre plage propre bien situer pour sortir à pied . Pas de télé j'ai du attendre 2 jours pour en avoir une aussi.... hôtel à éviter ayant fais différent hôtel en Tunisie des plus cher au moins cher pour le même prix il y a le Monaco ou le center kanthaoui pour le même prix mais mieu propre ....

Hôtel plus que dégueulasse

Chambre très sale hôtel dans un état pitoyable L hôtel admet des personnes extérieures pour venir boire de l'alcool avec des prostitués. Le restaurant est sale et en plus le repas était écoeurant et non varié. Si vous allez au bord de la piscine ou de la plage vous devez payer les matelas ou les parasols car étant des vacanciers le personnel nous prennent pour des riches et nous font payer tout et n importe quoi. Si vous payez pas il vous ignorent. Je conseille à personne d'y aller car la déception est là, je ne vous dit pas la saleté des chambres ( salles de bain avec des poils le lit cassé les rideaux plus que sale les placards cassés la baignoire jaune de saleté et les toilettes ne donnent même pas l envie d'y aller.

Slechte hotel

Ik had een betere hotel verwacht. De airco was niet sterk genoeg om de kamer koel te houden. Er was een ouderwetse tv in de kamer maar er was geen afstandsbediening en de tv deed het niet. Er waren helemaal geen slippers in de kamer. Er was ook geen haardroger. De toiletpapier houder was stuk. Er was helemaal geen kleerhanger. De bed en de handdoeken/baddoeken kunnen schoner zijn. De lift deed de eerste 2 dagen het niet goed. De ontbijt was zeer slecht. Wat ze als eten en drinken gaven voor ontbijt waren van 3e klasse. Wifi hebben ze alleen bij de receptie maar dan ook niet altijd goed. De enige wat ik goed vond was dat het hotel binnenzwembad en buitenzwembad had en dat het aan de strand/zee gelegen was. De winkels en openbaar vervoer is ook heel dichtbij.

Old hotel in need of make over

Room was very dated. No wifi except in reception which drops in and out. Limited awful breakfast. Had to pay extra for a sun lounge on there private beach or pool side. Sheets were stained and make up on them. Beds were very uncomfortable. Terrible 80s music played in reception on repeat.
