"Très bruyant (réveil tôt par les vacanciers avec leur vehicule, les gens qui parlent... les valises qui roulent...) Pas de climatisation (obligé d ouvrir les fenêtres pour avoir un minimum d'air... ) Salle de bain minuscule. Les fenêtres qui donnent directement sur un couloir et sur un parking.p Le petit déjeuner a un prix exorbitant. Obligé de faire 15mn a pieds pour prendre un café croissant.... Nous ne retournerons pas dans ce lieu. Il n y a que le personnel qui était agreable."

Aspectos negativos: Protectores de almohada y colchón de usar y tirar (poco higiénico y poco sostenible), horario de piscina reducido (10-18h) a pesar de no haber socorrista, cuidado de la piscina mejorable, no hay tienda y el bar estaba cerrado."

"We had a great week in Biarritz. 5min. walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. The apartment and building is weel looked after. Nice pool area and possibility to read/relax at the pool area as well. We had a brilliant afternoon in the spa/wellness area as well - included in the stay. We were 3 people in a 6 people apartment. I would recommend max. 4 in such a apartment, to make it good for everyone. I am Looking forward to going back there. "

"I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. "The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though."

"We absolutely loved it. For the kids it was the place to be. They loved it so much that we added an extra day. The Tipi hut was very cozy, the bathrooms very clean, many amenities like swimming pool, football court, ping pong, jeu de boules. All the people we met, staff and the ones staying where amazing.
