"A very homely and enjoyable place to stay. Lots of nick nicks like old gramophones are placed around the dining room and reception area which made it an interesting place to stay. Uber drivers have no problem finding the place. Breakfast is a meal fit for a king and puts enough food in your tummy to last most of the day. Host is very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean."

"Amazing start to our South African holiday. Although the hotel is quite a way out from Midrand and there is no real shops around the hotel itself and the staff were brilliant. We rented four rooms I’mma put in the big house by ourselves except for the owner who also stayed them so we pretty much had the run at the house.
Tracy and the team couldn’t do enough and that was amazing, especially after a long flight. They let us check in early and had lunch under the laps which being that except for me, the other had never been South Africa was a perfect introduction.
Breakfast was a bit sparse, but other than that, everything was amazing!"

"A convenient base for what I needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s fairly dated for design and decor but that possibly reflects in the price. The bathroom is about as compact as you can get and the shower is small - I kept knocking the water mixer to “off” while showering. Quiet considering its location. Duvet incredibly heavy for the current weather. No fridge, but plenty of ice available . "
