We took Yellow Bus from airport to hotel. If we show driver our hotel booking, there will be no charge for transport but will need to buy and book Yellow Bus at $8 per person to get back to airport. Although breakfast starts at 7 am, staff did not mind when we helped ourselves to free breakfast at 6.45 am to catch Yellow Bus shuttle at 7.40 am

It is always a lovely stay - the rooms are exceptional and so quiet. There was an issue with the phone and the TV in my room and how staff handle these things is always the test, they were endlessly helpful and offered to change my room - I declined because I really didn't feel like moving all my stuff. The issues did not affect my stay at all, I highly recommend the hotel if you need a rest before hitting the road or want a quiet night before an early flight!

Arrival 0030 there was still a shuttle.
Pickup was prompt and fast to the property
Check-in was prompt.
All the employees we met were efficient and polite.
Shuttle next morning was fast.
BEST PART... they have a really sweet pet cat greeting us at the door. We will come back just for him/her (employee of the year?)
